Ten years ago, I moved to Oregon and, not long after, picked up a camera. I had no idea then how much that simple decision would change the way I see the world.
I quickly fell in love with the Pacific Northwest—the rugged coastlines, towering forests, dramatic mountains, waterfalls, and ever-changing light. Oregon became my home and my inspiration, but my camera has taken me far beyond its borders. From Iceland and Norway to Japan, Canada, and countless places in between, I’m always looking for that next landscape that makes me stop and take it all in.
For me, landscape photography is about much more than taking a picture. I love the entire process. There is something intoxicating about finding a location, waiting for the right light, composing the shot, capturing the moment, and then bringing that image to life through editing.
Photography has taught me to slow down and pay attention—to notice the light, the weather, the details, and the fleeting moments that might otherwise go unnoticed.
Most of all, I love sharing what I see. If one of my photographs makes you feel something, transports you somewhere, or inspires you to experience that place for yourself, then the photograph has done its job.
This is my way of exploring the world, one landscape at a time.
